Just setting up a trial account as we want to start an eCommerce site, and I am working through testing an order as described on this page: https://help.shopify.com/manual/payments/shopify-payments/testing-shopify-payments
I've followed every step and my screens look just like the screenshots but unfortunately when I try to execute a test order and try to check out my customer gets: "Checkout isn't available". Does anyone know how to get past this?
I am in Australia. I did apply the change mentioned here to make the store members only if that matters (this site will be purely for existing customers): https://help.shopify.com/themes/customization/access/create-members-only-store.

I'd love to help you our here. During the trial period, the checkout is actually deactivated by default. In order to activate this, to test out all of the features available you will just need to select your preferred plan.
However, not to worry, you will not be billed for this until after the 14 day trial period is finished. This allows you to test out the features free of charge.
If you decide it is not for you, you can then cancel before your trial is up, or if you are happy to continue, your billing will then commence after this time.

My trial period is ending soon. If I choose a plan, would it be another 14 days for the new plan or the same time will be counted?

I solved this problem by reaching out to shopify support. I forgot if it was a live chat or email, they resolved it eventually and fixed my problem.
My costumers CANT complete the order. Its a wrong adress message. Help please
As far as I am aware I am paid up to a plan but when I login in as a test buyer, and submit captcha tick - i am returned to the login screen where it states I dont have an account yet in my shopify dashboard it quite clear that I do have any account. why is this? www.ikal-all.com
I have a problem in my store, when customer clicks Buy now using mobile phone "check out unavailable" pops-up. But when I tried it using my PC it works. I'm worried because the visitors can't be able to place their order because of the error using their mobile phone. Can you help me about it? Thank you in advance.
I find this quite upsetting, all the endless tech problems with Shopify. We've had the account for over a year and just noticed now after trying to process a payment to see how the checkout looks, that some listing that are active on all channels get a "Checkout isn't available in preview" although nothing is in preview and we've been paying for our Shopify monthly payment plan fees for a year.
Now we understand why there are so many cart abandonments!

For shopify to be so massive it is disgusting that they don't have live chat support/customer service phone # for shopify store business owners thats spending money faithfully...very frustrating & disgusting not to be able to get in touch with anyone...might as well cancel and do business w/ platform that appreciates human interaction...such a waste of time not to have options to talk with human
