Checkout page add checkbox for age confirmation

Hi there,

I am usingg dawn theme.

shoplinkas our shop are selling wines and the law restruction requires customer to confirm age of 18or more before buying.

at the moment I add the check box at the main-cart-footer.liquid.

however if I  click a product add to cart and click the check out button, 

it will bypass the cart section and directly goes to the final step.

If i would like to add the check box at the final step (at the yellow section) and ensure it's checked before clicking PAY

what should I do?

@davidwu1604  In Shopify, modifying the final checkout step (i.e., the payment page) is prohibited unless you're using Shopify Plus. Shopify restricts customization of the checkout process for security and compliance reasons.

Since you want the checkbox at the final checkout step, and Shopify doesn't allow modifying it directly, a workaround is using an Age Verification App which will block customers from entering the site without confirming their age.
