Checkout UI Custom Discount Code Message

Hi, 

We are launching a promotion that sees community sports clubs get paid out a commission of the sales. With this codes (Currently tracked with a discount code from Shopify collabs to allow seamless payout) The customers doesn't see the amount the affiliate/club is getting.

I haven't come across a app that can do this, as I know that no one wants to display the affiliates commission on a checkout. I use to be able to edit with liquid checkout and create rules to display but with the new Checkout UI I cant find a way to do this. Do i need a custom application developed and then install into the checkout. 


It would be a list of discount codes. If used the message on the cart would change the 

"Discount = $0.00"

To be "Thankyou for supporting you club your order has raised (15% Order total) for your club."
