ClipboardItem Not Working Consistently on Mobile in Checkout UI Extension

Hi all,

I am using the Checkout UI Extension  for Thank You Page (Order Status Page) customisation in my store.

I have implemented a functionality to copy content from a popup using the ClipboardItem . While this works reliably on desktop web browsers, it does not consistently work on mobile devices (iOS). The behaviour is unpredictable sometimes it works, and other times it fails without any errors.

• Has anyone else experienced similar clipboard inconsistencies in mobile Checkout UI Extensions?
• Are there any restrictions or best practices for clipboard access in checkout extensions?
