Hi there, 

 

My company is trying to add me to their account and something went wrong. My email address was created but without store access.

 

I cant reach support unless I start a store. I do not want to start a store. I need to delete my email so that they can resend the invite.

Hi there, they have tried however, since an account was created tied to my email and it did not link upon creation they are no longer able to add me until the account tied to my email is deleted. How do i do that?

If an account was created from the staff invite, then the account owner should be able to resend the invitation by managing staff. However, if there are any other issues, then we'd recommend reviewing your Shopify ID. Should you require further assistance with this, then you can also have the account owner reach out to Shopify Support so that you don't need to create a store. While we're unable to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community, we'd be happy to continue assisting you through live chats. Simply visit the Shopify Help Center and login to your account to create a support request.
