i want close the store , but i want to transfer the domain to another store , but i cant transfer , because i changed the email and i think i cant transfer for 60 days , ( the store is in another email) , so if i close the store i lose my domain , if i don't close store I will need pay for the store , so want do you recommend me to do .

You're correct in saying that a domain is restricted from being transferred if the registrant details have been changed, or if the domain was purchased less than 60 days ago. As it sounds like you've recently changed the domain's email address, you'll need to wait until the 60-day period has passed before you can transfer the domain to another one of your stores.

 

If you no longer wish to continue using the store that the domain is currently connected to, you're welcome to deactivate the store now by following these instructions. As long as you've paid for any outstanding invoices attached to the store, at the end of the 60-day period you can contact our live support team so that they can help look into granting you temporary access to your closed store in order for you to transfer the domain.

 

Keep in mind however that this process, and the temporary access of a store, requires that certain conditions are met and are determined on a case-by-case basis. If you'd like more information about this process before you fully deactivate your store, please contact our live support team so that they can investigate your account and provide you with more information on the best next steps specific to your account.
