Cloudflare's 5-second challenge has been implemented across all URLs of the Shopify store, including the product API, which means all requests now have to pass through this security measure.

I highly suggest that you reach out to Shopify support team so they can further investigate your issue and if they can do something on your back-end account to resolve this cloudflare problem.
