We are trying to run a BYGOF promotion but the code isn't accepted at checkout - I tried it myself this morning. We have sent out a mail and are getting MANY emails complaining - what can I do?

Please be informed that the Buy X, Get Y discount will require all products to be added to the cart in order to apply as expected. Please ensure both items (Buy X, Get Y) are included in the cart at checkout, prior to adding the discount code. You can refer to this Creating Discount Codes documentation for more information.
