Collaborator Account - Can't add apps to website

Hello,

Hopefully someone can help me! I'm working on a freelance project and my client gave me Admin collaborator rights. However, the only thing I can't do is add Apps to their site. Attached is the error message I get. Is there any trick or solution to get around this error?

Hi, @Abster22 

Did you request full access when you requested the collaborator account? You can ask the account owner to double check the permissions set. They'll need to make sure that they've given you the ability to manage and install apps and channels, as well as potentially approve app charges

The collaborator permissions available are the same permissions that are listed on our staff permissions page

Hi @Hilary,

Thanks for the reply! I'll reach out to my client and double check the permissions as well as the manage/install apps and channels and approve app charges.
