Collapsable row items are auto syncing even though I made separate collection pages

Hi I am trying to add a new item under the 0 percent category which has different ingredients and descriptions, but when I made a new collection to link for each of the items in the collapsable row it automatically changes the other items in the 0% categories description and ingredients even though I only wanted the one nighttime gummy page to sink to those collections. It will make sense once you look at the 4 products available.. How do I get my collections to not auto sync for everything under that menu item (0 % g u m m i e s)
