Collection pages link directly to product pages with the /collection in the url

My site is currently set as follows.

When you click on a product from a collection page, the url is mysite.com/collections/collection-name/products/product-url

I want it to be just mysite.com/products/product-url

We are using symmetry theme.

Any help is appreciated!
