Collection with a price rule wrongly showing too expensive products

I have a collection for products under £2,000: https://www.antiqueringboutique.com/collections/antique-and-vintage-rings-under-2000?sort_by=price-d...

It is showing products over that value - there are two rings with a price of over £3k showing..

As you can see from the screenshots, the "all conditions" rules include price under £2,000.01.

If I go to the collection filter on that page and filter by price, you can see the filter understands the prices are over £3k.

Why are they on the page therefore?!! There are no variants set.  Screenshot 2024-05-01 at 10.59.02.png

Thank you for those screenshots and details @malcolmcoles.

When you are reviewing the collection details in the admin, are you seeing these higher priced rings in the collection list details?

If you have multiple collections, it's also a good idea to double check that the collection link on the storefront is pointing to the right collection URL. You can confirm this in the SEO details for the collection in the admin. Also, by using the "view collection" link from within the admin details. This just helps us to rule out any possible localized issues with the collection.

If you are seeing these higher priced rings in the collection list even though you have set the price rules for the collection then I recommend connecting with our authenticated chat support team for further assistance. This could potentially be a bug or issue with the collection rules and we would want to investigate that more closely. Apologies for slow reply. Yes, I do see them in the collection details. I've attached a screenshot so you can see the rule and the top of the list of products - that active one has a price over £2k (I've screenshotted that too). I will do as you suggest, thank you.

But the rule to make the smart collection is that should contain only products under £2,000.01. I put that filter in to show that the page understands the price of the product - but those products should not be in the collection in the first place as they cost over £2,000.
