Duplicate Content Questions on Collections.
My site has around 15,000 Product Urls for Auto Parts.
The Product Urls are getting indexed fine.
The Products are also in Collections.
When I do a "Site Colon Search" or "Site:www.website.com" I'm seeing the following:
The Individual Product Urls are being indexed.
All of these products are in Collections and Google indexed all the Individual Collection Main Page (1st page), but they were not listing the additional Pages until recently.
Now, Google is starting to index all of the additional Pages. So if you are in the Nissan Maxima Collection, there is the "Main/1st Page" and there is 10 additional Pages. - page 2, - page 3, etc. that may show in the Site: Search.
Also, Google is starting to index the collection/all?page=925. There are 930 Pages for all of the products.
What do you guys think about this regarding Duplicate Content Issues?
Below is the Robots.txt data - the default data from Shopify - this is what I currently have.
Do you think I need to add to this for duplicate issues? I've heard yes and no....you gotta do it....and Google already knows how to handle this. Wonder what you guys think.
