Collections URL not updating

I had mapped the URL of all the collections with main menu items as I wanted to add stock availability in the URL. So that when customer click on the any of the menu items it would open the collection page with in-stock filter enabled.  Now I have mapped with the collections itself instead of collections URL. 

The problem is that all the menu items still points to old URL having filter in it.

https://thetaffy.in/collections/latest?filter.v.availability=1

should be 

https://thetaffy.in/collections/latest

menu items are dynamically generated ?

The issue is due to CAMOUFLAGE App I have installed.
