Hi,

I am building two separate stores. The first is https://elegantwatchworks.com/. I added the app collective and it synced perfectly. the second store is https://www.sweet-honey4u.com/. I downloaded collective and it absolutely does not work. screenshot shows the error. I have gone through six shopify advisors with no luck they even escalated it to their technical department and in two weeks I have had no Result and even less responses from them. I am thinking it must be something in my admin (Back of store) settings but I can't find them. any help out there? Have you tried to open the App in the second store on a different computer/browser?

Sometimes apps do not really like when you're trying to run instances for several shops in one browser.

Tried incognito don't have a 2nd computer

Incognito is not ideal either.

Can always try another browser though.

Not saying it's certainly a reason, but just one of the possibilities you can check yourself.

. I have also tried browsers Firefox and edge along with Google Chrome. Error still comes out I still think it's got to be something to do with my settings in that particular store, because my other store collective works. But I can't figure out which settings causes the problem
