Colour Swatches Making Photos Disappear

Hi guys,

we have just discovered a critical issue & I will probably have to disable swatches until we resolve it.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Please see attached video.

When colour swatches are clicked, all photos disappear.

EDIT: I have tried turning swatches off & the issue is still present even if swatches are turned off. It seems to be a variant issue.

why is it generating a variant code in the URL itself? That also seems to be related
