All things Shopify and commerce
I am using the Refresh theme (velvetbrush.shop) and noticed that my 'compare at price' isnt showing for US visitors. The preference of EEA compare-at-pricing for international markets is already off. I turned it on and off just to make sure, deleted the compare at price and put it back in again under products, and now the compare at price isn't showing up for any customer (US as well as all other markets). Can anyone help me with the CSS editing to get this to work again? Geolocation has been uninstalled already. The compare at price does show up when in the editor for the Refresh theme (2nd screenshot).
Ive had someone edit my description before, I fear it might have something to do with that? I cannot edit this anymore in the theme editor without going into the code...

Hi @naomable
I hope you are doing well.
Please double check if it is excluded it from markets if you are not using market for this, Please check with different browser and clear cache as well
If still not working, please share product URL where you setup compare price so that i can see if it is coming from backend or hidden by CSS
Thanks!
Hi Pawan,
Thank you for your reply. I have checked in a different browser and in incognito mode, both no luck so far. The product URL is https://velvetbrush.shop/products/velvetbrush. I have looked at the markets, but I am not sure what I should change to fit your suggestion. I have attached a screenshot of my current markets setup. Is there anything I need to change?
Hi,
If you don't want this product for particular market then please make sure you excluded product from that market
and for the compare price, please confirm on the product backend as i can see compare price is not setup on the product that you sent here
so, double check if everything has been updated the way you wanted
Thanks!
Hey, sorry but I dont seem to understand what you are implying. My intention is to have this product visible in every market, so excluding it doesn't seem like something I would need. Or is this not what you mean?
The compare at price is visible in my back end, just not on the live website. I've attached a screenshot. Could you tell me in which folder in de CSS you found the compare_at_price? I would like to just put 59.99 there so it is visible from now on. Thanks for your help!
It is not possible to add compare at price using CSS, it is through shopify backend
If it is added correctly in backend and not showing in frontend, then please consult with shopify support
Those may help you to resolve this
Thanks!
Hello,
I've checked your shared URL and i saw you fixed the issue! I am consulting your post because i am having the same issue, the comared-at price is working for some countries and currencies and doesn't work for the majority! Could please help me to resolve this?
Thank you,
Nihad
Same issue hear and not an EU country!
It has been more than a month, but I’m writing this answer for someone who might read it in the future. Check if you're using a fixed price for some of your markets.
Currently, Shopify doesn't support having both a compare-at-price and a fixed price.
