Compare at Price Sale NOT showing in international markets, only domains host market help?

I've manually set my international pricing for markets such as US and Canada due to the fact that the conversion rate made them a lot cheaper than the actual prices from my host market UK. 

My host market UK went into sale using compare at price - changed fine. However, all other international markets such as US and Canada have not changed and remain at normal price - no sale. 

How do I add sale to the international markets? As the product page compare at price does not work.

Did you ever fix this? I'm experiencing the same thing right now. Products in sale are showing fine in UK and EU markets, but no sale or price change in US!?
