All things Shopify and commerce
Is there anyone can help me changing the cache-control header? I asked to shopify support and the support agent adviced me go and ask to community forum someone might help you.
here is ss I attached into this post you can see. Some elements' cache control header is set by 30 days instead of 365 days.
Is this possible to configure through the Shopify admin dashboard, theme files or any code edit?
Hi @ecomm_umit shopify's online-sales channel is a locked down platform hosted service.
You cannot modify things that deep in the stack like server headers on the online-sales channel.
If you need that level of control you need to roll you own stack
https://shopify.dev/custom-storefronts
But still that will be dependent on shopify's api performance.
And it's super weird support couldn't simply tell you this.
