Connect a Shopify store, to a facebook page that i have been given full acess and permisson to

I built a product site, my brother has a Facebook page(different email/name) but same niche. I'm looking to add my shopify site/shop/link to his Facebook page shop store front, Cant access anything, still says I'm in eligible even though permission for everything has been turned on and ive been made admin. I can literally change his current store on facebook but i cant delete/change/transfer my stuff over to his, WHY?
