Why can't I connect my previously used domain to a new site?

I can't connect my domain for this reason:

cameltech.ae

although I have already removed the previous shop which was using this domain.

it gives this error

Hello @cameltech,

A domain transfer will generally take a few days, but the timing depends on your current registrar (the company with which you manage your domain today) and the status of your domain.

It can sometimes be the case that this error message is prompted where a domain has previously been added to a different Shopify store.

 

In any case, if you are the current holder of this domain's registration we can help you out by verifying your ownership and removing that domain from any store it had previously been attached to.

 

You can reach out for account support here via our Help Centre where we'll be able to confirm your domain with you and remove it from any existing store as necessary. 

 

Can you tell me a bit more about your current store and what sort of business you're engaged in?

Are you selling in a new product line or niche now?

I still can not access the help option for some reason. I'm stuck now with
my domain I can't use it or transfer it to shopify "cameltech.ae".

I need your help
