Connect insta to shopify

Hello,

I’ve been trying for several days now to connect my instagram to shopify, I downloaded the facebook & insta app in the app store and followed every step, added my facebook choose the pixel but at the end it keeps giving me a error, it keeps saying try again in 24 hours, I waited more than 24 hours tried again but still says the same thing. One time the error also said ‘ disabled CSM’ but i have no idea what that means, I tried to search for information on how to fix it but I can’t find any info. Can someone help me please? Thank you

I understand you're receiving an error message when attempting to connect your Instagram account to Shopify. From the screenshot I can see that you're using the mobile app. Could you try connecting your account using a different device (ex. desktop) to see if the error message persists?
