Connecting shopify with printify

I did all the process and in the end it says ,,It looks like you didn’t install the Printify app on your Shopify store, so we can’t complete the connection. Please try again." But I did install it. I tried it like thousand times but it doesn`t connect. It only makes new printify store, but I have an old one, where all my products are.
