Connecting the "Testimonials" Section to Judge.me Reviews

Hello Shopify Support Team,

I’m trying to connect the Testimonials section of my theme in dynamic content mode so that the reviews are automatically pulled from the Judge.me app. However, when I try to link dynamic content to the section, the only available option is creating a new metaobject, and I’m unable to select the review data from Judge.me.

My goal is for the Testimonials section to automatically display reviews collected by Judge.me without having to add them manually.

Could you please guide me on how to correctly link the Testimonials section to Judge.me reviews in dynamic content mode?

Hi Matteo,

Thank you for your question.

In order to pull Judge.me reviews to your Testimonial section, I think you can:

- use this API endpoint to fetch the latest reviews first: https://api.judge.me/api/v1/reviews?shop_domain=[Shopify  root domain]&api_token=[Judge.me private token]&per_page=[from 1 to 100], then render them in the section according to its style, or...

- use this metafield variable: shop.metafields.judgeme.featured_carousel to directly render our review carousel body in your section.
