Contact form field inputs not included with email

All of a sudden our contact form is not sending the field inputs in the emails. This form has been untouched and working fine for a couple of years until today. On form submission, the email is sent OK, but now does not include the form field inputs (name, email, phone and message fields) - just a blank body. Our theme is "Minimal", and contact page uses standard form.
