Contact form not sending the message to the assigned email

I have used tips and the advise given on here and i have set everything up okay - but for some reason we are not getting the messages submitted via our contact form

 

the customer email in the settings >settings and store details is the same as it always has been and was working at the start but suddenly we are not getting any messages. is there somewhere else i am supposed to update at all

Have you checked the contact form code and the Email that are receiving the emails if yes, then please share more details so that I can help like store Access DM me.
