Contact Form Submissions Not Delivering

Hello, 
I am working on a client's website and they have reported that they are not receiving the contact form submissions on their website. I was not the original developer who set up the store so I am unsure what was set up and why, however, it all is a bit messy so I am seeking some assistance please!
