i have a section for booking. in the section there is to make there name phone number email and comment. when they send it i received the email with there name email and phone number. the comment never seen in my email. any help
This is something we would need to actually test on your website since it is a form. Given this information I could probably figure out the issue and provide a solution.
I had this issue with my fund raiser on a different platform, I fix it by checking the setting when you create the form there may be something you are not adding or clicking on to show or reflect the comment in the subscription email go in the form setting and first see if that form has a comment than see what could be said or how long the comment could be etc... It's usually in the form setting as long as you have the form! I am new here on shopify as well I have a question how long does it take for you to receive feed back the minute someone send you there contact? (Meaning if someone filled out your form with there name email and phone number and click sent on your shopify account how long does it take for you to receive the inquiry from that person same day next day?)
The only way to test how long a form would take would be to test it out yourself by submitting a form. Otherwise, it would be hard to know when a person submitted the form.
Yes your write I did and I thought it get sent to your email you have set up in your account but it doesn't I sent and email subscribe its actual found in the admin section under customers! I was waiting on an email all this time lol! Now I'm testing the contact form with the message attach but do see it so I'm fishing around again?
