Contact page and marketing emails not working

My contact page and marketing emails are not working.  I have recently switched to the theme Electro and after checking to see if the email marketing and contact page were working, they were not.  I have gone through multiple feeds to try and find a solution to no avail.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I fixed the contact page but emails still aren't going through
