I am writing to express my frustration with the current support process. Every time I attempt to address my concern through the AI chatbot, it freezes and indicates a connection issue. This recurring problem has made it impossible for me to receive the assistance I need. I have searched for alternative contact methods, such as an email address or phone number, but have not been successful in finding any. As a result, I am left without a way to resolve my issue, which is becoming increasingly frustrating. I kindly request an alternative means to communicate directly with a support representative. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
You can click the "Contact Support" button at the bottom of the help page over and over again to get it unfrozen. It's awful
I have had the window freeze as well....it use to be so easy to get someone on the phone to help...just tried talking to rep on chat and it was beyond frustrating.
