Contacting support - why is there no option anymore for live help??

The change in support level here is appalling. You used to be able to live chat or email and get help pretty quickly. Now it's a never-ending loop of clicking and searching the boards to see if anyone else has had the same issue. 

 

This update gets ZERO stars from us.

Thanks for reaching out. 
 
I appreciate the feedback that you have provided, I will provide this thread to our developers as a suggestion to make contacting our live support with less navigation. With that being said, in order to get in touch with our live support, you will need to login to your online store using the Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner. 
 
Once you successfully login - you will be directed to the Help Center. Select the topic that you would like assistance with to locate the options to Get Support and speak directly with a Support Advisor about the situation.

All you have to do is give us the support email address. Simple.
