Container/Handling Fee for a specific Vendor

I have a vendor that I can do Drop Ship with.  I have all of their items on my site, but I need to add a container/handling fee to only that vendors items at the check out.  Is this possible to do with a Bulk update?  I really hope some thing is possible, since this involves over 2000 items.  Thank you
