Container Pop-Up is blank

I'm encountering this error where the pop-up container turns blank after a split second. it happens here in Edit Code section and the others. 

Please refer to the image to know what I'm talking about. Is it a problem from me or what's happening exactly?

yes it's in theme editor, it also happens in other shopify sections
