Continue Selling when out of stock on certain items

What app can I use to set up custom messages like this for certain products?

I would like to continue selling when out of stock.

Please advise.

I don't know of any apps but I am sure there are some as I have seen or let's say hear people use them. 

For continuing selling when out of stock you just need to select a check box from the product page in your shop backend. If you click on a variant and scroll down a bit you will see a continue selling when out of stock

checkbox. 

And to display custom messages that can be added with a bit of code on the product file that renders the product info.
