Control the Fade Speed of a Screen When it Loads

When a page opens, the elements (header, footer, other content, etc.) within the page fade in with a smooth transition. I would like to be able to control the speed at which it does this. I am currently using the free theme "Craft" that doesn't have this feature built in. Coding it in on my end has so far not worked.

Hi @spctral  👋 it's an advanced theme customization to add settings to control a feature granularly or whole cloth if a theme doesn't already have some top level control over something like animations.
