Hi @tomas_marino1 ,
I am from Mageplaza - Shopify solution expert.
I would be happy to review your ads and website and provide feedback on the performance.
Here are my recommendations to improve your conversion rate:
1. Monitor Your Cart Abandonment Rate
A high cart abandonment rate can be particularly frustrating for your business, especially after investing significantly in attracting visitors to your site. This issue indicates that many potential customers are deciding not to complete their purchases, contributing to low conversion rates.
To address this, you can remind customers about the items left in their carts and encourage them to complete their purchases by:
2. Improve SEO
Besides running ads, taking the time to ensure your web pages are properly optimized can help increase your organic traffic, meaning more potential customers browsing your products. SEO strategies can drive site traffic to your Shopify website effectively.
Here are some basic elements you should check:
Title Tags & Meta Descriptions:
You can also check this SEO checklist by Shopify to learn more about optimizing your e-commerce store and blog. This will boost your online presence and bring more traffic to your website.
Besides, here are some suggestions about the UI/UX:
3. Add more section on the navigation bar
To make the navigation bar more informative, you should add several sections:
3.1. About Us page
When I click on about us, it shows nothing:
An About Us page is a section on a website that provides information about a company, organization, or individual. It’s an opportunity to tell your brand’s story, share your vision, introduce team members, and outline your history, values, and achievements. This is where you build trust and credibility with customers.
Your about us page should be in more detail. Here is a reference:
3.2. Support section
You should move privacy policy and return policy on the footer to the navigation bar - an easy to spot position. Adding infoThis will attract customers to stay longer on your website and address purchasing hesitation quickly.

4. Best seller products
You should make the "Add to Cart", and price information more noticeable. Also, adding “add to wish list” and “Quick view” buttons is another idea to encourage customers to buy your product. Here is a reference:
5. Add Favicon logo
A favicon is a tiny logo that usually shows up in a browser tab. It is particularly crucial for new websites as it enhances user experience by helping visitors quickly recognize your site when they have several tabs open in their browser.
6. Lack product details
The lack of product information might be an issue for the conversion as it will cause the hesitation to purchase. Make sure to provide customers as much information as possible. See differences between yours and a reference:

7. Adding review section on product details page
Customer reviews section will add social proof to your website. Your potential clients will know that you are a trusted brand. This will address buy hesitation from new customers. Here is a reference:
8. Selling more products
I would recommend you to sell more products on the websites if possible. When visiting your website, customers will have more options to compare, encouraging them to buy products from your site rather than coming to others.
I hope some of my suggestions are helpful, feel free to give me any feedback.
Good luck!

Hey thank you so much for your response, hope you have an amazing week
Just took a look at your site, and I gotta say, the branding and vibe are on point! It’s clear you’re super passionate about mate, and you’ve got a really solid start.
One thing that might help turn visitors into buyers is adding a more personal touch. People love connecting with brands that feel human—it makes it easier for them to relate to your story and what you’re all about.
I actually put together a quick guide on “How to Double Your Conversions”, and I think you’d find some helpful tips in there. Feel free to check it out: https://www.engagevid.com/double-your-conversions-guide
Good luck with everything at House of Mate!
