All things Shopify and commerce
So, I've been running ads for some days now, and I've had around 500 visits to my store, yet no conversions.
Should I keep trying with the same main product or something else?
I can share a store preview if anyone is interested in helping.
Hey @LinkanH
Feel free to share your store URL and I would be more than happy to help you out with your store! 🙂
Best Regards.

Well, this is the main product, it's obviously mainly configurated for mobile use 🙂
Hey @LinkanH
I just had a detailed look at your website and there are a lot of things which I have noticed that can be the cause of not getting much sales like for example your navigation is designed pretty basic, and mostly all the product information is added in the description itself instead of using new user-friendly sections to improvise your website look and many more. If you want then feel free to connect with me and I would be more than happy to give your website a professional look which will not only attract customers but will also help you out in maximizing your sales as well! 🙂
Best Regards,
Moeed
I would love to hear what kind of advice you have.
Could you tell me some more, and what to do about it?
Hi there @LinkanH , this is Alexis from Akohub. We've been working with many Shopify brands, from big to small, including Nike, Logitech and LINE Friends
Since you mentioned about conversion rates, I would strongly recommend you to try out Retargeting Ads. Many customers browse and leave without buying, but you can bring them back! Our app, Ako Retargeting ,allows you to re-engage visitors by showing them ads or emails featuring products they viewed. For example, if someone checks out your GamePro Retro in purple but doesn’t purchase, you can remind them about it with a discount code or highlight customer reviews to build trust.
Additionally, I saw that you haven't included a customer support yet. I think that providing quick and efficient customer support can make all the difference. With a tool like Moosendesk, you can centralize your customer support inquiries, respond faster, and address any concerns like shipping queries, product details, or troubleshooting questions. This ensures customers feel supported and confident when making a purchase. Your products are perfect for customer reviews since nostalgia sells best when paired with others’ positive experiences. So, my advice is to encourage happy customers to leave reviews using Judge.me, and showcase them prominently on your product pages. Potential buyers will feel more confident seeing others rave about their purchases. You can even incentivize reviews with loyalty points. You can also integrate it with Ako Loyalty, meaning that you can incentivize your customers for leaving reviews with discount codes.
Your tiered pricing (“Duo” and “Trio” bundles) is great, but consider showcasing customer reviews alongside those options to make the offer more enticing. Additionally, use your loyalty program to sweeten the deal, such as offering bonus points for purchasing in bundles during Black Week. Don't underestimate the value of a loyalty program, it can help you to retain and grow your customers by rewarding them for getting back to your store. Our app, Ako Loyalty, can do this!
Best wishes!
