Converting listings with variants to induvidual listings

Hi, we originally loaded products with size or colour variants as variants (bed sizes etc). We now need to split these out into individual listings such as single bed, 3/4 bed etc. This is due to syncing issues with some other platforms we sell on that dont list products as variants. is there a way to do this "splitting of the products" in bulk?
