Create a manual order using an automated discount

Hello I would like to create a manual order using the automated discount generated for my customer. He has already given me the code but when i go to apply it to my draft order it does not allow me to do so. Does anyone knows why?

Hi Sofia,

You'll have to give more info I'm afraid. What exactly are you clicking on that's not being allowed? Where are you entering the discount code into? If you could put up some screenshots that would be helpful.

To get around the issue, in the "Add discount" section you can add a custom amount to your liking, so on this occasion maybe just deduct the saving yourself manually?
