Create a Popup When Customer copies articlenumber

If someone wants to copy the article name or the article number in the store, a popup comes where a text is? Even better when a contact form pops up.

I would like that when a customer tries to copy the item number or item name of my product, a popup appears. This popup should say that the customer no longer needs to search Google for a better price, as we are happy to provide them with a custom quote.

I reviewed the reference site and found that it is indeed an interesting feature that can retain customers. However, this is not a quick fix. Implementing the feature requires some development time.
