Create collection for incoming inventory

Hello,

Is there a way to create a collection of products which have an incoming inventory (only).

i.e. the stock qty is Zero, but there is incoming stock (Shopify purchase order etc..).

While I can set condition to filter using inventory = 0, I do not see how to put the second condition for also filtering using "incoming stock".
