Create template not working

I am not able to click on "Create Template" under pages.

It use to show as blue and I was able to click on it to make a new page template. Now it shows as grey and Im not able to click on it to create a new page template.

Can someone please help me fix this? Thank 🙂

The 'Create Template' button appears greyed out and unclickable when there are no products or collections available to the Online Store. Make products or collections available to the Online Store sales channel to enable changes to default templates.
