Creating an early access private collection for subscribers

Trying to set up a private collection that should be available via link to subscribers only. 

I have been given this code to add to the private collection template. Does that look OK?

And I cannot hire a developer or want to use an app - spent all day on this and don't have capacity for more new stuff... unless it is easy for a General Xer!
