Creating Draft Orders with Customized Products

Hi,

I have a business where we do mostly customized or personalized items with names on our products.  In addition to customers ordering online, we also take a lot of phone orders for customers and I need to be able to create some sort of draft order or use the POS to take the orders with all of the details.  I have been referred to Infinite Options, but all of the personalized info for each product needs to be entered in at the end, or the cart erases everything.  This doesn't work for me as we often sell anywhere from 1-40 customized products/sale.  Does anyone have a solution for me regarding making a draft order that includes custom fields?  Thanks!

Yes that works but any customized fields are not available. I can’t have text boxes or price increases there. That’s the info I need to input into the order.

I have made an app that allows editing line item properties for products in draft order, and I think the app can help you include custom fields! The app name is Draft Order Helper (https://apps.shopify.com/draft-helper)

After installing the app, you can go to your draft order ,select "More Actions" > "Edit Line Item Properties" , and you can fill in the custom fields for each item there : 




You can also set preset of fields name and values in the app Settings, then you can choose from them when you edit the fields next time , without having to type them over and over again.
