All things Shopify and commerce
Hello! A credit card fraudster placed three high-value orders in my store and filed a chargeback with VISA. The reason he gave was that as a shop operator I had fraudulent intentions. The goods were delivered on time and in perfect condition. Now VISA has taken my money back and I have submitted everything necessary to Shopify as a chargeback response. Can I do anything else? Does anyone have any experiences they can share with me? I am grateful for any help.

It is great that you have already replied to the chargeback banner and have submitted the documents or proofs to support your claim. You will have to wait for the decision of their bank about your dispute, and while you are waiting for their bank's decision, you can also try to reach out to the customer who filed the chargeback to ask what happened then, see if they can withdraw their request.
