CSV Upload help!! - 'The variant 'Default Title' already exists.'

Please can anyone help, this error has been driving me mad?! 

I am trying to bulk-upload brand-new products that are all single items. Each line in my csv represents an individual product. No products have any form of 

This whole spreadsheet was built from the 'example hat' test product that shopify show on the .csv template.

And every time it returns back the below:

Handles are required and they need to be unique to every product. I'd start there as that will likely resolve your issue. 

I'd also remove the image position for any column that has a value as none of your products appear to have variants - Having a value in this column would tell the system you have variants which can also result in the error you're seeing.
