Hi I would like to change my store currency from RON to EUR but I already had my first order and I dont care if anything changes I want to modify it

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your request with our network. As you may have realized, the currency becomes locked after your first sale due to a variety of factors that are impacted upon changing your currency after the fact. These considerations include:

  1. Reporting - currency differences are not accounted for in reports
  2. Product Prices - these amounts are not converted to the new currency 
  3. Refunds - amounts will be impacted by refunding in a different currency than processed
  4. Apps - some apps have their own limitations around changing a currency afterwards
  5. Any gift cards issued in the old currency will become invalid with the new currency
  6. Shipping rates - these are not adjusted automatically

I trust you understand these implications and if you still wish to move forward then our Support Team would be happy to assist further. They will ask you to confirm you understand these side effects and as long as the request comes from the Account Owner on file this setting will be unlocked.
