All things Shopify and commerce
Hey guys, So we've allowed international shipping on our store and I'm still figuring out the setup. We are Australia Based and I had a purchase made from New Zealand for one product. What has happened is that the product price (which is flat $150 AUD) remained the same when it switched the currency over to $NZ. So it showed the customer ($150 NZ) therefore we only received $137 AUD when the purchase was made, therefore we got undercut. I've attached some screenshots of the Shopify Markets Tab which shows the Currency conversion. Am I missing something with Tax for international? has someone else had this same issue? Please help, thank you
