Custom fields for bundles not showing in Order admin

Hi everyone, I need help. I am using Shopify Bundles app and a 3rd party Product Options App (for product personalisation). For bundled products, I am unable to see the custom fields at order admin page, no gift message/personalised name when added by customer, I can only see 'Part of: 10-Page book...'.

This image of gift card is the version I would like to have, with all the custom fields reflected.  

 

The Product Options App developer told me their app is not compatible with Shopify Bundled products, so I would like to ask if there is a code I can add to reflect the custom details? If not, can anyone recommend a Product options app that can work with Shopify bundles that can reflect the details, or Shopify bundles app by default does not reflect the custom fields no matter which app? Thanks in advance!

Would you be able to share one of your product pages? Maybe the code for line_item attributes were installed incorrectly.
