I am facing issue with customer activation mail not being received. Once the customer make a new account, they automatically receive mail that your account has been activated without providing any link for activation.
Basically below mail is not appearing in the mailbox and is completely bypassed as the accounts gets automatically activated.
Note: Using dawn theme for my store.

The default registration behavior in Shopify is that customers do NOT need to activate their account through an email link when registering, the account is automatically created when they submit the form. This invitation email is generally used in cases where a customer account is manually imported/created and you want to send them a link to set their password to activate the account.
If you specifically want customers to be required to activate their account through an email, you can accomplish using an app such as Helium Customer Fields which includes a setting to require email verification, which means that customers will be sent this email after submitting the registration form, asking them to finish activating their account.
